one thing i have done and it does work some times is swap two spark plug leads over, and get the thing to back fire thru the carby, put ya foot down flat on accel, back off do it again etc, just get it to back fire real bad a few times, i did this to my friends toyota corolla and it fixed it up, dont forget to change the leads back to normal. worth a try.
