Hello membersozdat,

I am just getting in some parts to start making a bit of a prototype
cheap fuel pump controller, which was mentioned a little while back.
I can pretty well build this to be as complicated or simple as
anyone wants, so can anyone who might be interested please email me
telling me what you would be looking for in a fuel pump controller.
The simplest option would be to make one that simply runs the pump
when the ignition is turned on, and then turns it off if the
engine is left not running for a certain ammount of time (eg 3
seconds). If anyone wanted it, I could fairly easily add features
like a keypad so that you had to enter a pin number before the pumps
would start (for security), an input to kill the pumps if you hit a
kill switch, an input to kill the pumps if a sensor told the
controller that you had rolled the car etc etc. I am not sure what
the commercial units are worth, but I think that I could probably
get a fairly basic one going for maybe $40-$50. Im not looking to
rip anyone off and make a packet, I will probably be needing peoples
help in the future (if I can finally find a decent z).
