Spacers are illegal for street use unless OEM fitted cos the RTA says so - means if you have an accident with them on you're in deep sh*t too.

I thought if you knocked out the studs and replaced them with studs that are longer than the standard ones by the same amount as the spacer (i.e 20mm spacers with 20mm longer studs) they would be cool. What about the spacers that are like a bolt on hub? i.e. they bolt to your current hub and have studs coming out of them, I think all the drift boys use 'em?
