Side draft Webers can be mounted at a slight angle or horizontally.  The
fuel bowls are designed so that they feed the Venturies from the center of
the bowl so it doesnt affect the float level if they are on an angle. Also
useful for going around corners rapidly under full throttle. This design
avoids fuel starvation in these situations, something other carby designs,
particularly some US designs, are notorious for.
