Rick,
I installed one of these tacho's into a 1600 instrument cluster. I know there are
two types of them but I used the late
240K version (power, ground, trigger) the one without the loop to the coil and back to
the tacho. Mine only required that I
adjust the tuning pot on the back of the tacho to suit. Sweet. Compared it to an
existing(good) tacho and it was happy as
larry. I think I may still have the article I wrote on how I installed it in the
cluster if your interested.
