1600's had 2 types of inner control arm bushes, a cylindrical, press fit bush, or a two piece tapered fit from either side. Yours sounds like the latter. Unfortunately it may be very hard top find new OE replacements. I bought some a year ago and was told there were about 5 left in Nissan's parts inventory. You need four to replace both sides. Not cheap either if I recollect correctly.
