I would have them tested at 100% duty cycle.
If you want to test them yourself, just get a stopwatch, a 9V battery and
something to catch the fuel into. Pull the fuel rail from your engine (
with the injectors still attached ) and place one of the injectors above the
container to catch the fuel. Run the fuel pumps and while they are
running, place the 9V battery across the terminals of the injector that you want
to test. This will hold the injector open allowing the fuel to flow,
effectively testing it at 100% duty cycle. Time it for 1 minute and then
measure the amount of fuel flowed through the injector. For your malpassi
regualtor, I would say the base fuel pressure would be around 45psi @
atmospheric pressure. Test the other injectors the same way.
