Without knowing the actual pump, 10-15A is pretty much the worst case scenario for a LP pump, for example a Carter 250GPH (Gallons per hour) pump draws 10 amps... Carter 70GPH 4.5A, Holley Red about 2A.
100GPH is good enough for about 600HP or more. The high pressure EFI pumps draw roughly double the current of a LP pump.
