I'm really lazy to describe the process but the parts you need are the
caliper mounts, rotors and calipers from an R31 skyline or pintara.  The
rotor fits perfectly over the rear stub axle with absolutely no mods to the
rotor.  Here's a description of how to go about the conversion:
