i found the best oil for a L series was BP coarse plus, it's slightly
changes now,
my wrx mates run BP visco 5000, supposedly bit better than the new Mobil 1,
if you buy mobil 1 from K fart, it's the old technology type (if that makes
sense), if you go to a Mobil 1 Signature Service Centre they stock i think 3
or 4 different types of Mobil 1.
I have been told by a well known turbo guy up here that
penrite pedigree is good oil to use in the CA, because the oil feed is so
close to the exhaust mani, this oil doesn't clog up in the galleries lines
etc.
