Hi Duncan My understanding is that the best engines were the imported L20B which have a blue painted block and have "Made in Japan" cast onto the side. These are the blocks to base a good motor on. The black painted "aussie" blocks are not as good. Motocarb , 18 Jay Gee Crt Nerang ph 55961338 is the best place on the coast for carbs. The guys name is Mal.
