One thing to check is that the airways are
clear.
There may be a build up of leaves or dirt on the
top of the heater radiator, or a kink in the tubing leading from the
heater box to the screen vents.
Blocked airways would make you think the fan is not
working effectively (and you would be right!)

hi, the only thing i know of to increase fan
speed, is to build a circuit that increases voltage to the fan a
bit, (like a voltage doubler) i did see a circuit diagram, in a
electronics magazine for doing this, just about any fan willl
tolerate voltage increase of a few volts.
