David, Are you still using the standard (steel) radiator pipe on the passenger side. If so, it is probably leaking from there. The steel pipe is pressed into the alloy housing and has a tendancy to leak over time or after being "disturbed".
I fixed this problem by having the steel pipe removed and using an alloy pipe tig welded into place. Only thing is, no heater T piece, but for me that was no issue.
