New laws! Please read!!!

Hi Listers,i got word today  about some new laws (i'm not sure if you already know ) that are coming in on the 1st of july - i dont know the exact specs of these but it may come in handy when doing mods to your truly loved datto! Sound systems - any sound system that put's out a sound of more than 96 db @ 5 ft (not sure if that is right) is to be defected & i to only be turned on volume level 1 when turned on .. so in other words .. dont have a loud stereo ... i am not sure if all u listers are into ice (in car entertainment) but i thought it would be best to put that in there Exhausts - any exhaust that is found to be louder than 96db @ 5 ft (yet again not sure if that is right) will be defected Wheels - any car which has illegal wheels (wheels that are more than 1 inch larger than factory standard) will be defected. dont take my word for this ... that is just what i have heard & the police/rta are apparently coming down hard on this too ... & from what i can presume ... it will be australia wide!!! good luck to all!
