You could move to South Africa and get some flame throwers fitted to the
side of your car...

Median strips are good for losing people I hear...  you get in the right
lane and so they take the left, then when there is a break in the median,
swerve through it and either do a u-turn or turn right...  they will have to
slow down and cross the median, while you are full throttle.. very effective
if they have expensive body kits.
