I had the same prob, new slave from Bursons for $20 fixed it. It did it really intermittently. like once, then not for 3 weeks, then not for 6 weeks. It was a real bugger and I only fixed it by fitting a new slave cylinder. Not much help, but at least you know it has happened to someone else. I was wrong - the clutch fluid is leaking out around the rubber grommet thing every time you push on the clutch!! What does this mean? What can i do to fix it? I took the whole slave cylinder assembly off and the rubber ring looked in good nick, so why am i leaking??? I really need my car to go soon so any help would be great!
