On my 200B theres 2 bolts on the spare wheel well, and 2 each side near
where the bumper mounts go. I carry a pushy around on a towbar bicycle rack
($90 from bike shop) and I wouldnt recommend just bolting it to the wheel
well... those racks + bike + towbar still weigh a fair bit.
