get a hodl of one of those....hmm cant remember the name of it now....its basically a 
tapered bit, that has a backwards thread on it....so the more it goes 
in(anti-clockwise, because the thread is reversed), the tighter it gets, and then 
eventually starts turning the hose fitting that is stuck

problem there is it snapped off clean into the head. so there is no way to
unscrew it due to it all being inside the head... i could try and Drill it
out but am 1. wondering if it can be by passed or if water actually needs to
flow through it... and 2. if i can fix it without taking the head off
