Rick Just scour the wreckers mate you will find one. Thats how I found the one I had that I gave to andy, didn't really want one (was looking for and L18W block) but just saw it sitting in a wreck one day (about 12 years ago). They are out there.
Haven't heard from Andy if he has used mine or not so (or if it still works) so maybe you should email him. The 200BSSS speedo is in K's but it's exactly the same gearing as the 1600. It's a bit of messing about but what conversion isn't. It's pretty easy to figure what trace wire does what on the 1600 cluster, if you are inventive you may be able to fit the different coloured globes in the 200B gauges. As I have a 200 B SSS coupe on the front lawn and that is different. It is on the right hand side so it only gets a high beam light indicator thingie. Not the idiot lights like what is where the clock is on a 1600. Kinda need it to have oil pressure,altenator warning and handbrake light.
