Hi Robyn,

Dont tell me that you are deserting the datsun battalion and buying a different make!! What happened to the pink 1600? did you ever get it on the road?. I havent seen it yet! please tell me that I have read this the wrong way!!

Damien.

P.S why dont you just put an original motor  in the 808. I f you are going to go crazy then a rotor should be your only option.

Ok, I'm looking at getting a 70's 808 with a rather dead engine (didn't get exact details) so I'm looking at replacing the engine but with what? I have no idea what does and doesn't fit in a mazda being a Datsun girl... I'm on a budget so nothing too flash. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and I'm in the A.C.T.

Thanks,

Robyn.
