260Z wheels have the same stud pattern, but rims wider than 6.5" sometimes have a different offset. As Graeme said, unless you lengthen the lower control arms by atleast 40mm you will get ugly positive camber. The inner-most bolt in the strut towers are the same distance apart in a 1600 and 260Z, but in a 260Z the strut bases are about 80mm further apart than a 1600.
