I think you've given the game away with the capacity? I think the supra ones are only off a 2.0 litre, so they probably arent big enough, unless you ran two? A few years back on of the mags ran an article on the , then new, commodore supercharger, apparently you could buy them new from holden for like $1500. They noted then that it was cheaper than just about any other SC on the market, dont know if this i still the case though.
I know of a few guys who have used the toyota SCs with some success, but they have been the smaller ones on lower capacity motors.

Listers,
I m considering getting a supercharger from a jap importer and putting it on an engine of capacity 3.8 Litres. Any one know what superchargers would cope with this capacity and supply 10 to 12 pounds of boost. Would a supra one be ok? who else uses them ?
