Gday James, I went through this process just last week :( I was told I would have to get them genuine, and could expect to pay > $8ea. However when i contacted Nissan they didnt know what was going on (told me I required just normal nuts) so they couldnt supply me a price.
After a lot of calls to wheel/tyre places specialising in 2nd hand rims, I was told I needed ET pulsar nuts as these are the same. After a bit more hunting around I found a wheel place who get a set together for me for $2.70ea = $48 for a set. A lot better than $8ea :) I was also told that 200B SX nuts are the same too, but I cant confirm or deny this. Andrew (Melb) > I paid around $7 each...about 5 years ago!
