Might it have been Alf Barbagallo and son Troy in the Diablos? He sells Ferraris, Lambos and a couple of other exotic european beasts. My dads mate bought a Ferrari 360 F1 Spyder off him. It has electronic sensors all over the place to tell you when there is a problem. The things kept going off all the time indicating engine problems etc., but there was never any really serious problems. Until one day the electronic odometer reading went from 8000km to 500,000km and stayed there. Ooops, there goes the resale value. He spat the dummy, took the car back and got a refund (well over $300,000). Now he's waiting for the latest Maserati to arrive, which is basically owned and built by Ferrari anyway. I've been telling him to get a Datsun 1600 but he just won't see the sense in it ;P
