Ryan, H4 are replacements for the sealed beam outer lights on a 1600 - double filaments for high and low beam eg 60/55w, 60/100w, 80/90w, 90/130w and a few other combos - H1 are the inners with single filament for high beam only eg 55w, 100w and 130w.
