Hi Jarrod, I asked this a while ago so there should be some tips in the archives. Its heaps easier to do if the cars been left out in the sun for a while to soften the rubber up. sorry I cant remember the details but it was a case of carefully pushing the edges of the windscreen out with your feet (starting at the top i think?) while a friend pushes from the outside to stop it from flying out :)
