Kris,

I've never seen one fitted on an Aussie 1600 but some of the imported one's have the switch - the light is pretty useless though, in the same league as the interior light and it's supposed to be for reading maps. If there are any interior shots of "Teddy" about you'll see what it looks like. Teddy also has the more functional i.e. useful "passing flasher" switch.

regards
Terry

Subject: light switch

Hi all,
Just wondering if the 1600 ever had that light switch fitted to the dash that is opposite the heater switch (looks the same). I`m thinking of putting a switch in there so i can run a different type of interior light. Has anyone ever done this?

Kris.
