My 200B did that, turned out to be a number of problems. The main problem
was the engine fan was totally useless. It was a 6 blade clutch fan, but it
had lost its fluid and just spun freely, so it looked like it was working
but you could barely feel any air coming off it. I could stop the fan with
one finger. So I put a 4 blade engine fan on with a shroud. Still not much
better in summer. What I have now is no engine fan, a small electric fan on
the front driver side blowing through the AC condensor and the radiator
towards the back of the car, and on the passenger side on the back of the
radiator a fairly humble old electric fan with it's own alumimuim shroud
that covers about 2 thirds of the radiator, which sucks air though the
condensor and mostly the radiator. I've never seen the temp above 180 deg F
(my gauge doesnt have Celsius). Whereas with the engine fan and shroud it
would hover over 200 on a hot day.

But first check out your radiator isnt blocked and that you have the correct
thermostat that works (opens in hot water). And it goes without saying but
when you got your radiator and thermostat working, use coolant.
