Ross,
The struts were made by Armstrong for Nissan and had uprated bump and rebound rates as did the rear shocks. Spring rates were 12% uprated over stock and the rear arm rubbers were harder. They also got the tubular adjustable rear stabiliser bar. Ride height was 25mm lower than the GL models as well.

Just looking on your site at the SSS Coupe. Very nice, If I had any spare cash I would seriously consider it. Unfortunately I'll have to stick to sedan.

It says down the bottom about the about the Australian deliverey Stanza SSS that they had modified suspension. What were the differences over the standard car?

    The laurel uses the Prince G18 OHC engine. 1815 cc and 85 mm bore x 80mm stroke.
    I just bought the one my friend has. It is complete and needs a resto but the price was right. I will get some pics later. I might have to sell some cars to make room so I am looking at offers on the stanza SSS coupe minus carbs. email off list if interested?

    what engine is in it errol??? ive never seen a datto motor with a dizzy coming out of the side of the head???
