More of your problems are going to be converting a carb car to fuel injection. You'll need return fuel lines, bigger higher pressure fuel pumps, surge tank. Then you need to worry about all the wiring that is involved, far more wires and sensors with FE than carb. But all that is to be expected with any carb to FE conversion.
You'll also need to upgrade the brakes, I suguest R31 skyline discs all round with a Urvan booster. The R31 front struts fit right in and won't need an engineer's cert I belive. The rear and booster will however, as with the engine of course.
The you need to worry about an intercooler, the factory SR one is pretty useless and it's designed to fit in front of the wheel well anyhow. Get a custom one if you got the money, otherwise I suguest one off a Volvo 740 turbo, they are big, fit nicely and don't cost the earth. You'd probably want a different radiator too, I belive the 200SX one is alimunum and fits without too much bother.
I've researched all this cause I was planing this conversion for my 200B SSS Coupe but have to sell because I'm heading overseas in 6mo. So if you know anyone interested in a freshly painted coupe or SR20DET and box let me know.
