Paul The only tricky bit is removing and replacing the outer shells of the old bearings, which are press fitted into the hubs. Clean out the grease in the hubs and you will see that the inner faces of the outer bearing shells can be accessed with a punch from the opposite side of the hub, or a puller. If you haven't got a suitable puller available, use a punch on the inside of the outer shell in sequence, and the old shell will come out. Press the new outer shells in using a vice, hammer and dolly, or a suitable sized socket.
