Yes there is, a number of vehicles have the same problem. Try a speedometer service to make one up, or look for a Triumph 2000/2.5PI, both had a right angle drive screwed to the gearbox. You can also get a similar part for a Halda. This is a T piece to connect a second drive to the speedo cable.
