Tyres & Gearing, 3.36 R180

List,   If I change from 195/75 R14 to 195/60 R14 tyres on my 240K, by what percentage will this change my gearing?  I know my speedo is now innaccurate but I'm not sure by how much - it seems to be about 15%.   Also, does know how rare 3.36:1 R180's are?
