Wow, you're testing the knowledge banks a bit with that question - sorry NFI
this way.

OK, what I'd do is measure the bolt spacing on top of the tower, and also
the tube length (i.e. between the welds) and also the coil diameter. You may
find that something as simple as a 200B strut just might do the trick.
Balljoint and steering arm fittings are even likely to be around the same,
Nissan seemed to have only used a couple of different sizes over the years.
