I assume that FMIC is Front Mount Inter Cooler. No I dont have one installed, but I have a dope Plasmaman Intercooler for sale!!! The Air regulator goes from a outlet just before the throttle butterfly to a device which is bolted to the block and then a hose goes from the device to the plenum chamber. Not sure what it does, but I assume that it has some thing to do with cold air bypass?. I live in Canberra, so making my car warm up and run efficiently in winter is paramount, so I am thinking wether to in stall the air regulator or not.
