Chris,

Yep Rick is correct - the outers are stapled onto the beltline chrome 
strips. The inners arent clipped or glued or anything - the bottom 
section is held into a little channel along the door. Just carefully pull the 
strip up and out of the channel (so as not to break the old strips as the 
leftover bits will be hard to remove).
