Hi Ryan, Not sure if this is any help, but have you checked out Dept. of Transport website (www.dotars.gov.au)? I got 'Motor Vehicle Standards Regulations 1989' from there (or a link) for my old man. Is this the same as what you are after? If it is I can email it to you, but it may be easier for you to get it online... Actually I think what you are after may be different, but try looking around the DOT site, they may have it there.
