I put S13 struts and brakes in my R31. As far as I know, they won't fit a 510 because of the offset of the spring. It won't fit in the strut tower. The front hubs use a one piece (I think) type bearing that uses a completely different stub axle to a 510 (or any other vehicle of the same vintage). So really, the only part you could possibly use is the disc rotor and maybe the calipers.
