yeah, I was building it for my own ride, but I am going OS towards the end of the year so its the car or travel, one or the other. It was a hard choice to make!
Only the top tensioner can be replaced with the Mazda item. The bottom chain doesn't rattle because it is short unlike the top chain, so a ratchet on the bottom tensioner is not required.
If you want the Mazda tensioner contact Stuart Wilkins Motorsport in Mulgrave, I got all my FJ parts of him, and he is always happy to give advice, and he can get nearly everything (even more than Nissan!). You have to make your own gasket so the oil journal holes match up.
