I think you will be able to do a straight swap as your 4 speed should be a
Borg Warner type.
I did a straight four speed to five speed swap in a 200B with a BW box.
Check by comparing the overall length of your box to a 5 speed.  Tailshaft
should fit without alteration.  Dont forget to make sure you keep the
current clutch throwout bearing carrier.  If its any different in length to
the 5 speed, swap it into the 5 speed. The carriers are matched to the
pressure plate depth.
Keep your current gearbox crossmember and get the 5 speed cross member also
if possible.  This gives you choices if the current crossmember doesn't
quite fit. I think my 200B cross member did fit straight up.
