16 inch fan on 200B radiator

[Paul (200B-L20B-Y)]

Some of you who read that subject may be laughing already...  I foolishly 
purchased a 16 inch electric fan today thinking it would fit on the 200B 
radiator.  Not even close, about 2 inches too big.

Is it possible to make a custom shroud out of some sheet metal to cover 
over the entire back of the radiator, and mount the fan on that?
