yeah mate the hard surfaces reflect the sun back at you, ie concrete &
tarmac, plus the black tarmac absorbes the heat so you hace that heat source
from under you as well,


plus if theres heaps of dattos around the chrome prolly blinds you (lmao)

I think it has some truth. i can be walking around town all day,   working
all day, ANYTHING all day,  dont get burnt,   ( mind you, dont tan to well
either ;) )    but, get burnt to a crisp standing on the skid pan, maybe the
white concrete or something weird.
