If people are looking for something to do and you have pay tv on at home, have a look out for a documentary that is running at the moment on the lineage of the Z car. It is a half hour show, and was just on in the last couple of days - beyond that I dont really know any details as a mate taped it for me (pay TV repeat thier shows a couple of times dont they?).
There is an absolutely fantastic part where they are playing some of the ads that Datsun used in the US to advertise the 280ZX, and they are a real laugh. One ad is for a limited edition model they called "Black Gold", with a two tone black and gold paintjob. The bloke in this ad has the finest 80s haircut and mo you have ever seen, very Disco Stu.
