I would say these are 180b replacement pistons with a 9.6cc dish.  Also they would be 86.5mm diameter (1.5mm oversize).  I think you will find that the flat ones are the ones that have been machined.  This is usually done when putting L16 rods into an L18.

Subject: Pistons??

Hi there, I have a set of four flat top pistons sitting in front of me, they are still in the box.

The thing is three are deffiantly flat tops.

One of them has had some machining done to the top and has the following numbers stamped on the tps aswell

RA2656Y   1.50

BOT 0.05 HA

What does this meen??

these pistons have STD bore 85.00 use ring set PS1149-1.50

Piston assembly kit suits 4 cylinder.

They are RePower brand made by ACL pistons

Can any one help me identify what these are for, and why only one has been machined?

Thanks.

Rick White.
