I  think i have something blocking my fuel flow
are there any issues associated with removing the fuel tank to clean it ?

I thought that the weight of the fuel would push it out down the lines, like in a water tank ?

ta jeff

It depends, if there is any pressure in the tank and/or if the car is facing down hill/jacked up at rear, fuel can flow out.
