I'm up to page 22 of about 300? The pages arent numbered... they have chapter letters which I find difficult to read.

i would cut it and scan it, after you can just staple each chapter together and make 12 little books. plus the scans will look better

What is the list's opinion on this. I have an old Datsun 200B factory manual (1977 edition) and I want to scan it to images. It would be easier to cut each page off one at a time and scan both sides, leaving me with very good scans and a dead book. Or I could try and scan the book without damaging it which would take much longer, and the scans wouldnt be very good. The book cost me $26.40 so it's not really a priceless work, but should I keep it intact anyway, it seems very painful to cut it.
