Mikuni PHH and Dellorto are easy to make blow through by fitting an over counter blanking plate that bolts on and replaces the bowl cover breather. The float breather at the front of the carb is then connected to the plenum. Solid turbo floats are used to stop the float collapsing under pressure during boost.
Read corky Bells Book "Maximum Boost Page 109 where he says most side drafts can be used but Mikuni PHH are able to be used virtually straight from the box.
