Showing my age a bit here but used to run the A008R when it was the bees knees... Only 
problem was it was f'n GREAT on a light car, but really shit on a big car.

Mate of mine put them on a Walkinshaw and they gripped like hell but gave no warning 
when they let go.  Discovered this when I fluffed a heel/toe change a bit on a 
downchange into a tightening left-hand bend in a damp Black Spur.  The only good thing 
was the back end swung around hard enough that it didn't bite on the gravel on the 
wrong side of the road and I gathered it back up and off I went again.  Probably a tad 
lucky nobody was coming the other way!

And the owner of the car (sitting in the passengers seat next to me) didn't even spill 
his bourbon :)
