hi, on my old turbo , i got some  mild steel plate, and made  templates for both  feed and drain fittings.
some mild steel about 5-8 mm should be okay.
drilled the holes, tapped a thread for the   flare fitting  i could get at the nissan cum tractor  supplie  parts place. got flare nuts as well. to suit the copper  pipe.
get some small diameter copper pipe from  hardware or gas place about 3 mm id should be okay.

a flaring tool can be bought for about 20 dollars or so.
dont forget to put the flare nuts on first before you flare.

Subject: CA18DET oil feed line

Hi,
Just bought a turbo for my CA18DET but it didn't come with the oil feed line :( I went to pirtek to get one made up but the fittings are genuine nissan and are a strange thread...
Just wondering if anyone has an oil line i could buy or knows where i could go to get one??
I tried nissan but they want a fortune for it!
It doesn't have banjo type fittings, it is sort of like an enlarged brake line with larger fittings.....
Any help would be great!
Cheers,
Mark Firman
