No you don't. Kazza still has spyware in it.
Get Kazaa Lite which has all the crap removed and
it'll run fine with Ad-Aware, no need to tell ad-aware to ignore
anything.

friend of mine has Ad Aware-6 and it won`t let him into Kazaa. Can
someone tell what i need to do to fix this please? Does he have to
